I saw an ad for this movie around 2011. I think there was a man narrating the story. His sister was deaf and he had to translate from sign language for her. They were standing in a tall building and I think she was flirting with one of his coworkers, saying things like she wasn’t wearing any underwear and he had to repeat it to him out loud
