I only remember a small amount but I believe it’s 90s. About a man and a women who I am most positive kidnap a girl and take her across the country. They’re traveling in a light blue car when it breaks down and they pull into a barn. While the man is fixing it the girlfriend is talking to the girl hostage. He’s wearing like a blake tank top and she has short dark hair and is really skinny.
A lil different but this came to mind. The Tie That Binds. One lady is really skinny and the other short dark hair, guy has black t-shirt building a house.
