Hi

This is a comedy about 2 guys who go to a grooming school in Florida to learn manners such that one of then can win the affection of an upper class girl he loves. Most of the movie is set at the grooming school with a great mix of quirky characters all there to learn manners. It has a scene where the guys are driving to Florida and one of the guys remarks that all the women in Florida are beautiful because Florida is shaped like a giant penis on the map. I watched this circa 1990. So it must be a film from mid to late 80’s.
