I watched this movie on dvd in, i believe 2006 or 2007. It was in color and a english movie. I remember in the beginning there was a scene in which a car with maybe 3 boys run over an animal or something and blood would spill on the camera. this movie was about some guys maybe 3 going on a trip and getting lost and ending up in a small town in a jungle where there is some kind of festival going on. in this town there is a headless horse rider who kills people, a lesbian couple and some girls. i remember this scene where the lesbians are making out in the field while one of the guys wearing spectacles watches them. Please let me know
