For the longest time I’ve been remembering an old childrens movie that had a flying squirrel in it with a little boy.   I can’t remember if the boy gets brought inside a story book or not.   Him and this squirrel are on a adventure or something and towards the end of the movie they get stuck in tar like it floods the building they are in.   I loved this movie as a kid and wanted to let my boys watch it but cannot for the life of me remember what it is any help??
