I watched a film around late 90’s early 2000’s and the plot is a man going crazy believes his wife is cheating on him. He kills one man with razor blades on a ceiling fan, runs over one with a push mower to decapitate him and then after killing his wife sits on a couch and cuts his own head off with a hacksaw. I direly want to watch again but cannot remember the title and many searches have resulted in no luck. Can anyone here help me? Thanks in advance!
