I saw this movie within the last two years on cable. No commercials so prob. HBO, Starz or similar. A partially abandoned town with part of the town under water.  Main things I remember: main character gets a job at a bizarre nightclub. They are chauffeured back and forth to work by the same chauffeur. Can’t remember if it’s a taxi cab or limo. One of the female characters takes care of their grandmother who can’t walk, sits in a chair watching old movies of herself. The house catches on fire and grandma perishes..
