It’s a movie I can’t remember a single actor or character or what it’s about. Could also be a tv show. ALL I remember is an albino man that puts his victims in chlorine. I got the picture in my head MONTHS ago and I still can’t remember it. Would appreciate the help if anyone knows!😊
