I remember this movie i guess in the early 20’s and it was on an airplane like the big ones and there was a couple who i guess navigate the ship/plane and one of the scene was the woman giving birth and it was a water birth? But it was eartquack-ish whilst the scene was happening. I guess thats all i can remember. It was not black and white btw! thanks!
