I watched this streaming on the internet and can not remember the title of it.

It is about a woman in her mid twenties who runs track, gets hurt, and subsequently meets a man who keeps her mind off things. She ends up moving into his apartment and things start getting weird. She discovers the apartment isn’t in his name and starts questioning his motives. Long story short she is thrown into a black sludge hole in the basement as a way to “have a second chance” and awakens while being born. Please help -.-
