hi all, im Hoping Someone Might recognise this movie and know the title? Thank you.
In approx the late 1970’s I saw a black and white movie shown on the tv in the UK which was at a guess 1950’s or earlier. This may well be a bit vague but The only significant part i can recall is that it involved a guy running around some woods wearing a glowing jacket, with some other people chasing. All I remember as a 7 or 8 year old is that it scared me!
Anyone have an idea as to the title? I thought it might have been Hound of the Baskervilles but that was a glowing dog. Any pointers very much appreciated. Thanks!

When I was a child there was this scary movie it was a family in this house and some mysterious man walked into there house with a book and inside the book it had different demons in it so one of the demons came out of the book as a cartoon type monster and long story short they had to draw a picture of him and throw it In the fire place in there house to kill him
