I believe this movie went direct to video. It came out around 1988 – 1993. It was about a brother and sister who were martial arts experts. The brother was approximately 10 and the sister about 13. The sister had long blond hair. They fought off several different bad guys throughout the movie using their martial arts skills.

well that was a typo. I meant “Magic Kid” (1993).
Magic Kid was similar. The older sister in this movie was actually the better martial artist of the duo. I don’t remember seeing either of them in any movies after this one was made.
Are they trained by their dad and go to find a treasure? If it’s the same one I remember martin sheen being the bad guy but can’t find anything anywhere
