It’s a modern movie, around 2010,a but in white&black. In this film two brothers, who hates each other, are coming in their childhood home in a small and quiet countryside to their father’s funerals. Then they go to a lawyer and got this house as bequest. Older brother wants to sell it fast and get back to his business, while younger brother wants to leave it. In the end they hit local hobo near the bar at night, put him on a backseat of their car and tries to hide a body, but turns out that hobo is still alive, he wakes up, scary one of the brothers and he accidentally kills the hobo). Nice movie with very funny british humour. The title is something like “Warren’s heritage” or “Warren’s deed”, where “Warren” is the name of their father
