Movie is a bout a Judge, who is I thought at the stage in his live that he can be become a judge in the Supreme court. On evening he goes with a girl who works with him to her house and he forces himself on her. She has this on tape and 2 semi-homeless guys (they live on a sort of car graveyard) try bribe the Judge. The judge tries to kill them. I thought the judge was played by Michael Douglas, but when I check his films, it is not there. Think is was a 90’s movie.
