I was younger when I saw it so it was probably late 90’s to early 2000’s. It was in color. The only scene I remember, which is vague, is I think this man tells this boy to sit in this rolling chair (it has that back rest were the head kinda flips so it’s horizontal)then I guess he tells the boy to lean his head back so its resting on the head part (so now it’s horozontal. I think the boy has dark hair, fairly young maybe 10-13 years old.
