I remember an old Disney Christmas movie collection I had on VHS so must have been mid 80s, it had musical scene where a couple was riding in a horse drawn carriage and then ice skating, maybe they were singing, maybe just music behind them.
I think there is also a scene with Santa Clause going down the chimney and setting up toys.
There may also be Christmas scenes from other Disney movies as well.

That sounds like a special episode of Walt Disney Presents originally called From All of Us to All of You which was re-edited and augmented over the years. The version you probably saw was either “Jiminy Cricket’s Christmas” or “A Walt Disney Christmas Gift”.
