I saw this movie on tv maybe in the early 2000’s. I don’t know when it was made maybe in the 90’s or early 2000’s. I remember only that a family (mom, dad, little boy) is on the run from black suited and maybe black eyed men. They wanted to catch the little boy and when they are near the boy his nose started to bleed. I hope somebody know this movie.
