Ok this was a 2 part made for TV movie came out around 1997. About a killer that murders a family and kidnaps a woman, takes her to his house he has dogs guarding the estate… She tries to escape by wearing a dog biting suit but can’t escape she jumps on top of an rv in the killers driveway…. The killer also has a younger girl kept in a padded room in the basement … The older woman finally kills the man by pouring gasoline on the man and lighting him on fire…. The end scene is the little girl in a asylum saying her first word …… Please help me solve this movie that i know all about yet can’t come up with the title thanks..
