I woke up with the movie scene running through my head and I get figure out where it came from.  The bad guy gets the id of an innocent person.  He ask him what he wanted to be and why he was not living his dream.  The bad guy them told him that he needed to start living his dream and he was going to check on him to make sure he was.  He then looked at the other guy in the scene and said he just freed him to go live his life.
