When I was young I remember a horror movie where, I think, a couples car broke down and this family found them. I remember the dinner scene with the family. This family looked like something out of House of 1000 Corpses. I think there was a toy train that went around the table.

I would say “Nothing But Trouble” as well. It was meant to be more of a comedy imo, but it was pretty strange.
