I Don't Know the Name... (unsolved movies)

Not very much I can add to the title… a guy wakes from whoknowswhere and confronts this bearded, middle aged guy (who apparently is god), who has a shotgun and shoots books launched from an automatic thrower (like a clay pigeon thrower). Looking at one of the books you see the title, which is SPOILER —  something like “a brief sigh of hope”, meaning the books are US!!1!!!!11! OMFG =OOO — END OF SPOILER. My philosophy teacher showed us this clip, circa 1999, so I’m not sure if it’s from a short, a movie, a TV show… also, I’m almost positive it is french (or something European), but it could be anything. Please help :*

An android woman gives this guy a BJ, but she has a drill or saw or something like that inside her mouth and she just destroys his penis. Also (spoiler) — she kills herself in the end, by jumping off a rooftop — (end of spoiler). Probably a TV movie of some sort, maybe from the 90s. I remember just looking at it (just a glance) when I was at a hotel with my parents, I was very young so I didn’t pay much attention to it. It was dubbed in Portuguese but I guess the original language was probably English. Probably an awful/obscure movie. I’m terribly curious to know which movie it was, and also I need to confirm if my mind isn’t making this up (I hope not).
