Back in the late 90s/early 00’s, I attended the Philadelphia Film Festival, and saw a short French film about a home invasion/burglary that exposed a horrific crime by the homeowners.  The burglars found a young girl with down syndrome, chained in one of the closets.  It was — to this day– one of the most intense, exciting films i’ve ever seen.  And I would love to find it…..it was probably 20 mins long, at the most.
