I vaguely remember a few scenes from this movie that I saw a couple years ago, not sure if it was new at the time or not since it was watched through streaming:

– A blind girl lives alone in an apartment, atop a lot of stairs

– She brings a bag of food to a man at work, I think in a parking garage booth or something along those lines

– She gets robbed or taken advantage of at some point in her apartment and either fights back or the man comes to help

– Might have been a foreign language film I vaguely remember watching it with subtitles

– I think they end up either falling in love or becoming friends in the end
