This movie is a Horror movie about a crime and the only scene i remember is this man realizing what happened in the story and rush to wash a dark coat and while he is washing it you can see blood coming out of it.

The movie stars a couple which isn’t aware they are dead.
They died in a car crash while riding on a bridge, they are half suspended and there is a dog that does counterweight and balance their cr, the moment that the dog moves they crash into the water and die.
Next scese they are inside a big house looking at people outside and they soon realize they are dead.
