I was hoping you could help me with a movie that I saw when I was around 10-12

I saw it on TV, and the only scene I remember is about a guy who had fever and started to ask for water in a strange language that no one understood. and he was getting angrier and angrier. I think there was a woman with him and she was scared. Does this ring any bell?
