Ok so this is a weird 1 but my partner is trying to find a movie he thinks was from the 80s or early 90s where a creature or possible humans have cloaks on and if you ran into them the cloak would open up, suck you in then close, when opened again you were like a goo, and something about a man chasing a ferret/weasel in a pipe and hes breaking the pipe just behind it trying to catch it
