I remember seeing this movie as a kid….perhaps 60’s or 70’s secret agent type…similar to Derek Flint films

The scene was were a female agent kisses a bizarre pill into an unsuspecting lab workers mouth…and it vaporizes him…he disappears….its not the Flint films

Any idea which film please?
