I’m not able to remember the title of an USA color film comedy of ’50/’60.

The plot is related to quarrels between boyfriends.
To spite her boyfriend, a girl poses as a model in a large poster on the facade of a building.
Some billposters, complaining the situation, attach and remove parts of that poster on / from the building facade, receiving the order on the basis of the status of the girl relationship with her boyfriend.
