I would love to remember the name of a movie I saw when I was much younger, which have only “flashes” of some scenes.

One of the scenes involved a man, driver of a small truck that was stopped … he was sleeping maybe (?)

In another scene, I remember a place, maybe the lobby of a hotel (or not) with blood on the floor, perhaps a coming blood creature.
