There is a scene in a movie (or TV show??) and I can barely remember anything from it besides a visual.
The visual I remember is as follows:

There is a person (maybe a monster-like person) lying on their stomach. Their skin is white. This person’s back is bare, and their back is deformed/gross. Someone else in the scene blows dust or some sort of drug on the person’s deformed back. I think the dust is either for this person to survive or to get high.

I think the person with the gross/deformed back is some sort of boss or leader? It seems like it would be in a sci-fi movie.
