i saw a movie ages ago about two kids (twins?) moving into a new house with their mom and they find a pen in the basement with a magician trapped inside it and they release him and give him a bath and all that stuff and at the end they find some treasure and the magician hooks up their mom or something? movie around 2000-2008

I remember watching a movie when i was younger about brother and sister (i think they were twins) moving into a new house with their mom and they found a pen in the basement and a magician was trapped inside it and they gave him a bath and stuff and in the end they found some treasure in a moose head? im not sure haha i think the movie is somewhere between 2000-2008 ?
