Somewhere between 2009-2011 (the movie may have been older than this, but not by much such as decades etc), the movie I watched was Asian of some sort but with subtitles, it was a late night movie & was in black and white.

there was a girl that moved to a new town and started at a new school where rumors speculated because supposedly death followed her and people around her would die no matter where she went.. This started happening as the students and teachers were trapped in the school one night.

The only other part I remember after all that is one girl tries to escape by a window that she found unlocked, but when she opens it & sticks her head out, it slams shut, beheading her…

if anyone knows what this strange movie is please help!! 🙂 it’s been bugging me for so long!
