I had a movie on vhs as a child in the 90s

Basically its a man dressed as a globe and brings a bunch of kids to different places around the world and they sing a song in each place

one of the songs is the candy man can

they make spaghetti in another place

at some point they’re in Kanonos in China.

basically that’s all I can remember. If someone can figure out what the movie is, I would really really appreciate it.
