This one has 4 or 5 people stuck on a mountainous island, and only one of them is a woman.  It was a pretty good action/adventure movie, but the main part that identifies this movie is that One of the Males, a Young Boy, makes a model of the woman, with coconuts for certain parts, and grass skirt etc. And hides it somewhere so he can pretend he makes love to her.

A strange twist in an otherwise typical trapped on an island movie.
