Hey guys, it’s been driving me crazy for quite some time and google can’t help me at all.

So I remember this animated movie that had a character that looked like Vivi from Final Fantasy but with purple robes. I think he ended up dying because I remember his clothes piling up on the floor as if he disappeared, but then he comes back with light coming out of his eyes or something.
Also I remember a villain frog or toad or something with a deep raspy voice, he was smoking a cigar/pipe and started his song by smoking a lot then coughing. I think it had “he’s bad” in the lyrics but I can’t remember for the life of me.
