I am almost certain it is an Alice in Wonderland flick
saw it once in kinder care and only recall one scene since. I dinstinctly recall the ending involving a mirror, Alice was in the wrong parallel universe or something after traveling theough this mirror and I think her parents are in this clip

I think 1999 tv mov alice is similar from the drab colors I find could anyone check if it involves looking glass plotpoints like the mirror motif
