Trying to remember the name of an American movie probably from the 90s. A woman calls her sister from her office, then suddenly she sees something that looks like a criminal activity. Then she is murdered, and her sister hears it all on the phone. The investigation that follows leads nowhere, and the sister decides to take the matter into her own hands.
