…mother, but in the meantime a charming young gentleman tries to steal her away from her husband

I cannot think of this movie title. I saw it on Nerflix about a year ago and the title has since been deleted from my history. I know the movie is set in Europe, and involves a couple, the man is a banker I think, trying to Europe, and the man goes into a boutique to get something for his wife when he meets a seductive woman who he buys I think gloves from, or maybe a box, I’m not sure. However, the wife of the husband finds bank records that her husband has been paying a woman off, and soon runs into the arms of another young gentleman playboy because she suspects her husband is cheating on her. By the end of the movie, she plans to run away with the young gentleman playboy but doesn’t once she learns that her husband was not cheating on her but discovered that the woman he met in the boutique was the wife’s biological mother.
