i think I saw the movie when I was around 10 so it has to be atleast 20 years old .. I just remember some fragments as it was something really brutal and intense for me .. It had mostly a big bald guy chasing people in a big facility and in one scene a guy swallows a key and this bald guy tears his stomach to get the key … Please help
