I probably watched this movie between 1999 and 2009
The movie was about mafia activities with murders and everything
The scene i remember takes place is some sort of hospital room, a man is tied on on medical bed and is being killed with a large scalpel cut through the chest.
A young kid is forced the watch the scene, because his father or so is keeping his eyes open with his hands to force him watch the murder.
This is all i remember.

Robocop 2 has scene identical to this with a child being forced to watch murder by scalpel. . Not really a mofia movie but does have mafia / criminal characters.
