It was on TV, on a show called Exposure (2000) on the Sci-Fi Channel (pre-Syfi). Exposure was a series intended to give short-film makers exactly what the title implies. (Incidentally, if anyone knows where online one might find an episode guide, I’d be gleeful.) That if all I know for sure about this thing.

Beyond that, it seemed to be about a girl who is remembering the murder of her little brother, bit by bit, and I believe at the end she remembers that she herself had also been killed. Possibly there was retribution for the killer, but I’m still fuzzy on that.
