I can’t find any information on this movie anywhere. I had it recorded on an old VHS but lost it. I remember some vague information. PLEASE help me find it.

A man and his wife/girlfriend for some reason are underground through a sewer and discover a room with stolen jewels/bracelets in it. They start to grab stuff only to hear other thief’s coming? They quickly leave but get chased by them. I remember the woman driving a box truck to I THINK the airport where she hides some of it. I think she throws a bag with the goods with other luggage. The thief chasing her is watching her reactions so he can grab the bag with the items.
