I think I saw the movie in 2005, I am not sure. I think that it was a Disney movie. It was about a boy who rides a bike and was bullied and went to hide and went through a broken fence and while hiding he found a secret magical layer and a torch that grants his wishes or something like that. He had a little sister. Once he got angry with his parents and didn’t wear his helmet and his sis copied him and got hit by a car and blood came out from her head. He somehow went back in time or something and then it was like nothing happened.
