I watched it on television in the early 2000s so I’m guessing it’s either from that time or from the 90s. I remember this girl who stabbed people (I specifically remember a few ppl getting stabbed in the stomach) and she hung her victims in a freezer. And I remember at the end, she’s in a mental hospital or something and she sees a pen and her eyes light up and she smile sinisterly and stuff as if to imply she’s gna stab people with pens.
