I remember watching this movie (I dissect a direct to VHS movie) someone on the mid to late 90s. Movie was in color and in English.

This teenage boy is really disturbed and likes and to terrorize his babysitters. I think he had a younger sister as well who was frightened of him.

I don’t remember much from the plot other than he would pay loud music (I think “fFight of the Valkyries”) to scare his victims and he made a mask covered in spikes or knives.

At the end of the movie he is trying to pull the babysitter down the stairs to kill her but she manages to push him back and he lands on his on spiky mask killing him.
