This is a movie, possibly made for TV, that I saw in the early to mid 90s. It’s in color and English.

It’s about a slew of rapes/murders happening in a town.

I think a woman works with the medical examiner or police department and they find that the gloves the killer is using is still leaving fingerprints. Then the murderer changes his gloves, so he’s close to the investigation.

They then find that one of the girls he killed had blood and skin under her fingernails and know that she scratched him.

At the end of the movie, the woman is having sex with her husband/boyfriend and he has the scratch marks and she discovers that he is the killer.
