Either this was a tales from the crypt keeper episode on tv or the movie. Or any other horror/thriller in the 90s. But this was definitely English. The scene is remember was a bed that was red, and that it may have been cursed. There was a couple that used that bed and something awful happened to the guy when he was sleeping on it. It seems the bed eats the soul or the occupants themselves and turns them into somekind of succubus/incubus spirits inside the bed. There were scenes where the bed would show silhouettes of people inside tryingnto pleasure the occupants.
There is a scene like this in “The Legend of Hell House”(1973).

You’re in luck Jack, I know exactly what you’re talking about as I saw it years ago as a child and thought it was a Tales from the Crypt or Tales from the Darkside episode as well. I was going to watch a horror movie tonight and remembered it randomly in my head from years ago and searched for it for a while and saw your post on here…and still tried to find it and finally found it. It’s an episode from the Television series called “Monsters” and the episode is titled ” Pillow Talk”. You can find it on YouTube and watch the whole episode. Glad to help out man…Looks like we both were looking for the same episode only days apart from each other xD.

It is not monsters. It might have been a movie or something. But what I could remember is that the bed had red sheets. And what was strikingly iconic are the human forms that tend to rise from the bed and hug or kiss or grope the person or persons on the bed. Hope I could find it.
