I remember a scene in this movie where there is a doctor and some nurses operating on a creature or mutant, and the doctor puts his hand in the mutants mouth and gets bit. The mutant then kills the doctor and the other people in the room. I think the movie also involved various mutants/creatures with different disfigurements. I dont remember the overall plot but I believe the setting of the movie was an urban environment. I seem to recall the movie ending with a cliffhanger involving some mutants still being alove.

I remember watching it in the mid 90s but I’m unsure if it was a new release or something from the 80s.
