I remember seeing this on one of the major cable channels, like HBO, in the early 80s. It was in English and in color. The movie starts with cops cornering some guys at a school I think, and then a motorcycle cop dressed in black rides up. The cops tell him the situation and he busts into the building with his motorcycle and there is a shootout. When the people are apprehended, the cop takes off the helmet to reveal that “he” is a blonde woman. Throughout the movie, she says the phrase “Is that a fact?” a lot. Later, she and two other women are captured by some demon or monster. One of them is a very busty Native American woman who I believe is always dressed in skimpy white feathery gear. She had a bow and arrow that she uses when trying to escape. There’s plenty of nudity especially of this woman’s breasts. I don’t know why they were captured, but they supposedly defeat the demon at the end, and he yells out one last line of “I will return!” And blonde lady cop says “Is that a fact?” And the movie is over.
