I watched this animated film in mid to late 80’s and we had it on VHS tape. It was in colour and may have been over dubbed with English. The only scene I remember is where there was a queue of babies in heaven, waiting to see God. God gave them a heart shaped pill that was either pink or blue and which determined the sex of the baby before they were sent to earth to be born. One of the babies was naughty and stole a blue pill.  He made one of the babies take it who had already taken a pink pill. The baby was born intersex. My little brother and I loved it but can’t remember the name of it!
